Frances has been a consultant for 30 years, providing Organisational Team Coaching globally. Her training in Psychology and Masters in Executive Coaching gives her insight into people and behaviours - crucially, she applies this to focusing the team on key business issues; orchestrating organisational change, organisational wellbeing, agile leveraging of markets and commercial drivers, leadership depth, financial imperatives, operational inspiration and robust governance.
