Frances has been a consultant for 30 years. For the past 26 years she has provided Organisational, Team and Executive Coaching with Board and senior teams and individuals globally. Her training in Psychology and Masters in Executive Coaching gives her insight into people and behaviours - crucially, she applies this whilst focusing on the key business issues.
In her Mediation, she uses this understanding of the process, her insight into organisational culture and her grasp of the human dynamics to hear all the stories and reframe what is happening. She helps each party to be heard, to hear each other, to let go of the drama and competition, to connect with the emotions present and then to release some of that. She helps them to find a way to connect with each other again and to create a path back to productivity. Her mediation helps to co-create a way for everyone to be relieved and to put the conflict behind them, to feel respected as well as demonstrating respect for others. Focusing on insight into the situation, mediation adds a calming elements of thoughtful reflection and unbiased facilitation to create a shared truth..
