Frequency and Duration Frances WhiteWe usually contract for 6 monthly sessions and then renew after that if there are continued outcomes or support will be continue to provide business value. Many of my clients I see for 12-18 months; many are happy with just 6 months. The most senior CEO level clients or Board teams often see me for much longer and keep returning for more of a thinking partnership.

Leadership development programmes will often take a longer time to evolve and develop, incorporating learning, facilitating thinking or vision or strategy with coaching the team and individuals within that team. Often, it will include elements of teaching the team members to coach each other, give each other and the leader useful feedback and take them through the processes of reflection and reviewing progress, successes and outcomes. This usually takes place over 6-18 months.
