Masterclasses - Frances White Executive CoachMasterclasses are fundamentally different from traditional training courses in that they are less prescriptive and more about exploring the thinking. The purpose and approach to the learning is focused more on deconstructing, exploring and practising approaches, models or skills in order to facilitate better understanding and enhanced learning. Usually the group will not be learning something completely new but will be deepening their mastery and innovating how they use it. Masterclasses focus a lot of time on how the content will fit best into the workplace, how our thinking and patterns of behaviour will affect the use of the skill or approach. It is a coaching approach to facilitating learning.

Frances has been designing and facilitating this kind of learning for many years. Her workshops on building trust are often a foundation stone for change programmes. Her style is fun, reflective, flexible and challenging in nature, always focused on creating new thinking and a sustained performance improvement that is tangible and measurable in the workplace.

Masterclasses that have been particularly successful include -

  • Leadership
  • High level Coaching Skills
  • Leader as Coach
  • Coaching your Team
  • Facilitating Teamwork

  • Systems thinking
  • Team Emotional Intelligence
  • Trust and Letting go of Control
  • Relationships, Politics and Networking
